Return & Exchange Policy
Our Return & Exchange Policy is designed to give you peace of mind when making a purchase from us. We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to make the process of returning or exchanging a product as straightforward as possible.
We are dedicated to ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase. Our policy is built on fairness and transparency, reflecting our commitment to providing you with a positive and hassle-free shopping experience.
All our Refurbished Products/Machines come with a 3 month Return to Base Warranty. Regen-It will only cover hardware and not software issues. Products/machines that are tampered with in any way will not be covered under our warranty terms and repairs will then be charged to the customer. Each Refurbed product will be graded on condition and battery power, you will see this on each product.
All new products will carry a standard 1 year warranty from date of purchase.
All our customers is entitled to 14-day cooling-off period to cancel the order after receipt, and a further 14 days to return the item for a full refund, which must be processed within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
For faulty goods, region-it will refund, repair, or replace any faulty item. Accidental damage will not be covered.
Cancellation Period: You have a legal right to cancel an order from the moment you place it up to 14 days after receiving the item.
Notification: You must notify regen-it if you want to cancel the order within this 14-day period.
Return Period: After notifying regen-it, you have a further 14 days to send the item back.
Refund: You should receive a full refund within 14 days of regent-it receiving the item back in good order.
Cost of Returns: The customer will pay the cost of returning the item.
Exceptions to the cooling-off period Some items do not have a right to a cooling-off period, including:
Custom-made or personalised items
- Sealed items like DVDs, CDs, or software that have been unsealed after delivery
Bettable items, event tickets, or digital downloads
For faulty goods:
Consumer Rights Act 2015: If goods are faulty, broken, or not as described, you have the right to a refund, repair, or replacement.
